These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EpoxyPros CRM and related websites or applications (the “Services”) provided by Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. (“KBPublish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Services

EpoxyPros CRM provides tools for epoxy professionals and related workflows, which may include design visualization, quoting, scheduling, and customer-facing experiences. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use Your Content as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Services — including, where applicable, providing AI-assisted features you choose to use.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating any law or third-party rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the Services except as allowed by law.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and taxes will be presented at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the flow provided in the product.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated visualizations are illustrative and may not match final installed results; you are responsible for on-site verification and customer expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KBPUBLISH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify KBPublish and its affiliates against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc.’s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your region apply.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
